Sessions & Fees
Clear information so you can make the decision that feels right for you.
Choosing a therapist is a personal decision. This page offers a simple overview of how sessions work, current fees, and practical details so you can decide whether working together feels like a good fit.
If you have questions at any point, you’re always welcome to reach out.
Telehealth Sessions
All sessions are offered via secure telehealth using a HIPAA-compliant video platform.
Online therapy allows for flexibility and continuity of care while still providing a private, supportive space to explore what’s on your mind—from the comfort of your own environment.
Clients must be located in Oregon.
Scheduling & Availability
Most clients attend weekly or biweekly sessions to support consistency and meaningful progress. Consistent appointments help maintain depth, momentum, and a steady therapeutic rhythm.
Appointments are typically available Monday–Friday. If you don’t see a time that works for you, you’re welcome to reach out to ask about availability.
Fees & Payment
I offer two fee levels to help make therapy more accessible while supporting a sustainable practice. Both provide the same care and attention. Each session provides a dedicated space for thoughtful, in-depth therapeutic work.
Payment is due at the time of service and is processed securely through the client portal. All major credit, debit, HSA, and FSA cards are accepted.
Standard Rate — $195 per session
For those who can meet their basic needs and afford therapy without significant financial strain. Choosing this rate when you’re able helps support reduced-fee availability.
Reduced Rate — $145 per session
For those whose financial circumstances make the standard rate a barrier to ongoing therapy, including low-income adults and college students who have difficulty covering essential expenses.
Reduced-fee openings are limited. You’re welcome to discuss which rate fits your situation, and we can revisit it if your circumstances change.
Insurance
This practice operates as a private-pay practice, meaning insurance is not billed directly.
Many clients prefer private pay because it allows therapy to remain focused on their needs without the limitations or documentation requirements often associated with insurance.
If you plan to use out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Coverage varies, please check whether your insurance company reimburses for mental health services.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable and that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are charged the full session fee. The payment method on file will be charged automatically.
This policy allows me to reserve your appointment time consistently and maintain availability for all clients.
Getting Started
If you feel ready to begin, you’re welcome to schedule your first session.
You may also choose to book a complimentary 15-minute consultation to explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
