I offer one-to-one telehealth therapy for adults in a confidential, supportive, and emotionally safe setting.

You may be navigating:

  • anxiety, overwhelm, or burnout

  • life transitions or identity shifts

  • grief, aging, illness, or end-of-life concerns

  • relationship or attachment challenges

  • spiritual or religious trauma

  • career stress or pressure

  • questions around meaning, purpose, or authenticity

I also work with:

  • young adults and college students

  • postpartum and motherhood transitions

  • clients impacted by the criminal justice system

  • psychedelic integration and non-ordinary states

I work primarily with adults navigating periods of transition, emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, grief, or questions around meaning and authenticity.

If this feels like a good fit…

My Approach

I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Therapy is shaped around your experiences, your pace, and what feels supportive and meaningful to you.

Our work together may involve exploring thoughts, emotions, relationships, and past experiences with curiosity and care. We may identify patterns that no longer feel helpful, build grounding and coping tools, and create space for greater insight, resilience, and self-understanding.

Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and emotionally attuned. There’s no pressure to talk about anything before you’re ready. Some sessions may feel quiet and reflective, while others may feel clarifying, challenging, or emotionally releasing.

I work in a way that is:

  • Compassionate and nonjudgmental

  • Trauma-aware and emotionally safe

  • Both practical and reflective

  • Focused on understanding, not “fixing”

If you’re feeling ready for change - or simply wanting a space to better understand yourself - I welcome you to begin wherever you are.

If this feels like a place you’d like to begin, you’re invited to take the next step.

What Therapy Can Support

Therapy may be helpful if you’re navigating:

  • Anxiety, panic, or ongoing worry

  • Chronic stress, burnout, or emotional exhaustion

  • Low mood, numbness, or feeling stuck

  • Relationship, attachment, or intimacy challenges

  • Life transitions, identity shifts, or major crossroads

  • Young adulthood concerns such as independence, direction, career uncertainty, or redefining relationships

  • Motherhood, postpartum changes, or shifts in family roles

  • Aging-related transitions, including changing roles, grief, health concerns, or questions of meaning

  • A sense of disconnection, loss of purpose, or feeling “off”

  • Preparation for and integration of mystical or non-ordinary states of consciousness

You don’t need to fit into a specific category to benefit from therapy. If something doesn’t feel quite right, that’s enough to explore it together.
