Therapy for when life feels heavy, uncertain, or overwhelming
A safe, supportive space to slow down, reflect, and talk through what you’re carrying.
Therapy for adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, identity shifts, and the search for a more authentic, meaningful life.
When anxiety, exhaustion, or a quiet sense of being off begins to weigh on you, therapy offers a place to sort through what’s happening and reconnect with yourself.
You don’t have to carry it alone.
Nice to meet you
Hi, I’m Suvi Chisholm. I’m a therapist supporting adults through life transitions, emotional overwhelm, burnout, and the quiet sense that something needs to shift.
I offer individual therapy through secure telehealth, creating a gentle, grounded space where you can slow down, speak honestly, and explore what’s happening beneath the surface. Therapy with me is collaborative and human—not clinical or rushed.
Many of the people I work with are navigating transitions across the lifespan, including becoming an adult, career or identity changes, motherhood, aging, relationships, or questions around meaning and spirituality.
You don’t need a clear goal or the right words to begin. Curiosity and a willingness to show up are enough. We move at a pace that feels right for you, starting where you are and paying attention to what matters most.
Telehealth therapy for adults across Oregon.
I offer individual therapy via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth. Online sessions provide flexibility, accessibility, and continuity of care, while offering a private, supportive space for meaningful work—wherever you feel most comfortable.
Whether you’re balancing work, family, or simply prefer the comfort of your own space, we’ll find a schedule that works for you.
Sit softly. Stay a while.
How I Can Help
You might be here because:
Anxiety, overthinking, or emotional overwhelm feels hard to manage
You’re feeling burnt out, stuck, or disconnected from yourself
Life looks fine on the outside, but something doesn’t feel right
You’re navigating a transition — identity, work, relationships, college or early adulthood, motherhood, aging, or loss
You’re questioning meaning, spirituality, or integrating non-ordinary experiences
You’re tired of coping alone and want steady, thoughtful support
Therapy with me is collaborative, gentle, and paced to your needs. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns while supporting your nervous system, strengthening self-trust, and helping you feel more grounded and connected in everyday life.

My Approach
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Our sessions are shaped around your experiences, your pace, and what feels right for you.
I work in a way that is:
Compassionate and nonjudgmental
Trauma-aware and emotionally safe
Both practical and reflective
Focused on understanding, not “fixing”
If you are feeling motivated for change, I can help you build on that momentum in thoughtful, supportive ways that foster meaningful and transformative growth.
What to Expect
A calm, confidential space where you can speak freely
Sessions that feel supportive, not overwhelming
A therapist who listens deeply and meets you where you are
Time to slow down, reflect, and gain clarity
Many clients find therapy helpful for both ongoing support and meaningful change, offering space to reflect, recalibrate, and reconnect with themselves.
